This article is about bats from Canary. For bats from other games, please see Bats.

Alien bats are enemies in the game Canary.

Appearance[]

Alien bats have purple wings with a pale purple line going around them. The wings connect to the head of the bat that contains a single blue eye. The bat has four pink legs as well as a pink body.

Game information[]

Alien bats are found in groups of six flying around in a circle clockwise. They are very weak and quite easy to kill. They die after taking two seconds of the laser. They are only seen flying in a circle, and never flying in other formations.

They appear a lot throughout Canary as a way to earn points fast, only once in Canary they serve as an obstacle. When alien bats take too much damage from a laser, they will explode and the wings will detach from the bat's body along with purple blood flying out.

Trivia[]

  • The alien bats, along with possibly other creatures associated with the alien, have an explosion in their death sequence, along with a bit of purple blood. This 'explosion' may hint that the alien creatures are mechanical, also hinting that they are cyborgs.
  • The head of the alien bat is very similar to the head of a Warrior Ing from Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, only upside down.
