Diamond robots are enemies in the game Bullethead.

Appearance

Diamond robots are purple-grey with several differently shaped pieces making up the robot. The robot appears split in half, with an orange border line between the two halves. Two triangles are placed next to an opening, where two eerie yellow eyes are seen.

Green diamond robots appear as regular diamond robots except they have a large spike pointing up where their two eyes are and the orange lines on their body are green.

Game information

The only attack the diamond robot has is dropping bombs. When it is about to drop a bomb, it will stop in one place, the two pieces of metal shaped like ears will cover its eyes, and produce a bomb, which it will drop.

The tank robot will move up and down in a smooth zig-zag motion. It will not come down to the player, it will just stay at the top, frequently stopping to drop a bomb.

Green diamond robots

There is a non-interactive variant of diamond robots encountered on the final level of Bullethead. These diamond robots make up the entire body of the omega dragon, save for its head and legs, and do not function at all. As these diamond robots are counted as part of the omega dragon, they cannot be individually destroyed and only explode once the omega dragon is defeated.
