MTV Arcade is a section of the MTV website, which, instead of being about Music Television (which MTV is mainly based around and also is an acronym for), it is entirely devoted to flash games. This website sponsored much of Nitrome's early games, up until Nebula, when sponsorship of games came completely to a halt.
Startup[]
In all the games sponsored by MTV, MTV had a startup (shown above) that would play right before Nitrome's
The startup
own startup. Their startup consisted of only the colours black and white, with the MTV logo and the word "Arcade" in large white letters next to it. Light would then shine from one end of the words to the other, and then the startup would fade away. If clicked, the startup would direct the player to the MTV Arcade website (see external links below).
