The spider is the main character of the game Dangle.
Appearance[]
The spider is a black with a pink mouth and cheeks; the string that he hangs from is also pink. Three pairs of black, skinny legs stick out from both sides of his body.
Game information[]
The spider's goal is to safely descend to the ground in all levels of Dangle using the pink webbing, which he is attached to at all times. Enemies inhabit the levels the spider is in, and he must avoid contact with them.
If the spider touches an enemy or hazard, a heart of health will be lost. When he loses all three hearts, he will pass out on his line, or, in some cases, fall off it. When the spider dies, his body will begin spinning opposite clockwise and his eyes will turn into small X's.

- Even though spiders have eight legs, the Dangle spider is seen with only six.
- In the Party skin, the color of the spider's fangs change from magenta to black.
