Treasure chests are objects from Double Edged.

Appearance

A small wooden treasure chest with gold linings. It will appear with an yellow arrow above it indicating that it can be picked up and thrown.

Game information

They appear sometimes in levels, and can be opened only if they are picked up and thrown. It will also break open if a player is harmed while holding a treasure chest. To pick them up, the player has to go up to the chest and press the set weapon button (<), then press it again to throw it. The chest can also be used as a temporary weapon. If a treasure chest is thrown at an enemy, it will damage them, and knock them unconscious, as well as busting open and dropping out its goodies in all directions.

It will usually have ten+ gold coins, but occasionally, mutton or turkey will be dropped. The mutton will only be dropped if the player has less than half health, and the turkey will be dropped if the player has thirty percent health and under.
