Worms are pick ups in the game Chick Flick, one of Nitrome's earliest games.

Appearance

The worm is depicted as a normal, pink worm, and it is always moving its body in and out, similar to the movement of an inchworm.

Game information

The worm is the most valuable 'common' object in Chick Flick. The worm can be bounced like a chick can. If a worm is bounced into the nest, the number 100 will appear in pink colouring over the nest, and the one hundred points will be added to the player's score. If a worm touches the ground, it will flash for a few seconds, and then disappear. No points will be awarded or lives taken away if a worm touches the ground. The only penalty given in this case is the inability to score points with the worm.
